'Street Woman Fighter': Were Prowdmon, YGX eliminated? Full list of crews in finale
Viewers are angry that Prowdmon, whose strength is dance battle did not get a chance to participate in the elimination battle to save themselves
With just one more episode left for Mnet’s ‘Street Woman Fighter’ to come to an end, the survival show has been taking a lot of quick decisions for the finale like the elimination of Prowdmon and that has shocked viewers. As the first all-female dance crew competition, the show has helped bring street dancing to the forefront in South Korea. Dancers like Noze’s (NO:ZE) worth has reached new heights while some others have gotten new gigs and magazine covers.
In fact, it was reported on October 20 that the leaders of Coca N Butter, HolyBang and WAYB i.e. Rihey, Honey J and Noze have partnered up with the clothing brand Nerdy for a Cosmopolitan Korea photoshoot. We also had HolyBang join Team Wonho for his promotions for his latest album while YGX’s choreography was selected for ’s new song ‘Cold Blooded’. And Noze’s dance of ‘’ continues to make the rounds on TikTok and Instagram. Unfortunately, two more crews were eliminated in the second last episode with only four crews making it to the finale.

The crews that didn't make it to the finale
Noze and her crew were the first to be eliminated after the ‘4 Queens of K-POP Mission’. They were up against Coca N Butter and lost all of the elimination battles. After the ‘Mega Crew Mission’ which HolyBang won, LACHICA was at last place and was up for elimination. HolyBang chose WANT who was one of the lowest ranking crews to battle LACHICA. The elimination battle went on for with WANT losing and getting eliminated. Two more crews were then eliminated in episode 8 that aired on October 19.
For the semi-finals, the crews had had to complete the mission ‘Men of Women’. It was a mixed concept with the crews bringing in male dancers and idols like 2AM's Jo Kwon and Jay Park. However, the mission had a 'knockout' since the crew that was in the last rank wouldn’t be able to save themselves and get knocked out, i.e., directly get eliminated. Those in the fourth and fifth place would battle it out to survive elimination. Unfortunately, Prowdmon came in 6th and last which led to them getting eliminated.
Prowdmon is one of the senior dance crews in the industry and has teachers like Monika that have taught other dancers. Fans were furious as the crew did not even get to have an elimination battle and save themselves. Additionally, the lowest-ranked crews YGX at #4 and LACHICA at #5 had to go head-to-head in elimination battles. The last battle was between LACHICA’s Peanut and YGX’s Yeojin with the former winning. YGX became the second crew of the episode to get eliminated. The crews that will be advancing to the finale are Hook, HolyBang, Coca N Butter and LACHICA.

Episode 9 which is the finale will air on Tuesday, October 26 at 10.20 pm KST (9.20 am ET) on Mnet’s channel. And it will also air on tvN Asia at 10.30 am ET. It will be available on Mnet Smart app at 11 pm KST (10 am ET). It will also be available on the Viu and TVING apps. For Viu, it will only be available in the Philippines, Indonesia, Thailand, Malaysia and Singapore.
