'American Rust' Episode 3 Fan Review: Mixed opinions as murder whodunnit chugs slowly

Some felt that it was time to give the show a hard pass, while one section of the audience said the show had the potential to go the distance

'' continued to crawl and impress the few faithful who tuned in religiously for the last couple of weeks to catch the Jeff Daniels-starrer. While the reviews on social media were largely mixed, there was some chatter about the latest episode that sees Billy Poe (Alex Neustaedter) being named the killer in the murder of former police officer Pete Novic (Jim True-Frost).

The rest of the episode (David Alvarez) journey to the West, and Lee's (Julia Mayorga) while her husband was still in New York. Fans took to Twitter to share their thoughts on the episode. "They went too far with this episode. Great cliffhanger but I hate when implications are not enough and writers feel the need to push.
